We make homemade bagels daily from our house-recipe dough that is hand-rolled and left to ferment overnight. We boil each bagel to give it a nice chew, bake it on wooden sticks to impart flavor, and finally stone-bake it to get a perfectly crisp crust with a soft and chewy center.
